very good product and shipment

Very satisfied with the product. Purchased a sample and got everything customized from the remote control, to the carton box and PEMF mat details. Few features that we were not aware of at the time.. but I assume that's more from my side of not asking the right questions. Overall they have been SO accommodating (Andrea L.) is so quick to respond and find solutions. We are very pleased and will continue to do business with them in the future. The mat itself is heavier then I expected, but absolutely so stunning... the different crystals are beautiful and the craftsmanship and detail is fantastic! Highly recommend.
